Professor Soucek Speaks in Yale Event About Sexual Harassment, Employment Law
Professor Brian Soucek joined Yale Law School Professor Vicki Schultz for the April 22 discussion “Sexual Harassment After Bostock and #MeToo: Critical Perspectives on Employment Law.” The event was presented by Yale Law Women, a student group at Yale Law School, Soucek’s alma mater.
Soucek and Schultz previously collaborated on the 2019 University of Chicago Legal Forum article “Sexual Harassment by Any Other Name.”
Professor Soucek’s primary teaching and research interests are antidiscrimination law, civil procedure, constitutional law, and refugee/asylum law. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Ph.D. from Columbia University. He has clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Mark R. Kravitz in Connecticut, and Judge Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
