Professor Smith Speaks in Bogotá, Colombia

On November 26, 2015, Professor Emeritus James Smith gave a talk on "Changing regimes, military aid and the ‘refugee crisis'" at an international law conference in Bogotá, Colombia.   The three-day conference celebrated the anniversaries of the international law journals of the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas-UNAM), and the Senior College of our Lady of the Rosario (Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario) of Bogotá.   The National University of Colombia (Universidad Externado de Colombia) also sponsored the conference.
