Professor Shestowsky's 'Psychology of Procedural Preference' Among SSRN's 'Most Downloaded'

"The Psychology of Procedural Preference: How Litigants Evaluate Legal Procedures Ex Ante," a research paper by Professor Donna Shestowsky, was listed by the Social Sciences Research Network (SSRN) as being among the all-time top downloaded papers for the Experimental Studies eJournal.  SSRN is a collaborative of over 258,800 authors and more than 1.7 million users devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research.

Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology.  She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
