Professor Shestowsky Speaks at ABA Conference
Professor Donna Shestowsky spoke at the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution's 13th Annual Spring Conference held in Denver April 13-16. Professor Shestowsky presented her research on court procedures as part of a panel entitled "Promoting Procedural Justice through Dispute Resolution Systems Design: Lessons Learned from Research and Practice."
Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology. She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
