Professor Shestowsky Presents for Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Committee

Professor Donna Shestowsky was invited to make a presentation for the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Committee Issue Resolution Process Subcommittee on August 3 in Sacramento.  Professor Shestowsky spoke on "Issue Resolution Process Design: Lessons from Psychology and Law."

Donna Shestowsky, who has both a law degree and a PhD in Psychology, is a Professor of Law and  Martin Luther King, Jr. Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology.  She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
