Professor Shestowsky Presents at ABA Conference

Professor Donna Shestowsky presented her empirical work on online dispute resolution (ODR) on May 12 at the 2023 American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution 2023 Spring Conference in Las Vegas.

Shestowsky spoke as part of the panel “ODR - Learning From the New Court Technology Frontier.”

Donna Shestowsky is director of the Lawyering Skills Education Program, a professor of law and a Martin Luther King Jr. Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology. She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
