Professor Shestowsky Joins Board of Directors of Negotiation and Team Resources

Professor Donna Shestowsky was elected to the Board of Directors of Negotiation and Team Resources in late April. NTR was founded by Jeanne Brett (Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University), Stephen Goldberg (Pritzker School of Law, Northwestern University), and Holly Schroth (Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley) to facilitate research and teaching in the areas of negotiation, conflict, dispute resolution, and teams. The nonprofit makes teaching resources available in these areas and funds a competitive worldwide grant program to support new initiatives in research and teaching in the field of negotiation and conflict. Shestowsky joins the founders to serve as the fourth Board member.

Donna Shestowsky is director of the Lawyering Skills Education Program, a professor of law and a Martin Luther King Jr. Research Scholar at UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology. She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
