Professor Shestowsky Invited Speaker at ABA National Conference
Professor Donna Shestowsky was an invited speaker at the 11th Annual American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Conference held in New York City April 15-18, presenting empirical research on litigants' preferences regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Donna Shestowsky is an Acting Professor of Law at the UC Davis School of Law, where she teaches Criminal Law, Negotiation Strategy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and a seminar in Legal Psychology. She was the 2007 recipient of the Law School's Distinguished Teaching Award.
