Professor Shanske Urges Court to Reject Legal Challenge to Maryland's Digital Ad Tax
Professor Darien Shanske and University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Associate Professor Young Ran (Christine) Kim filed a brief on Sept. 20 in a lawsuit brought by the Chamber of Commerce and big technology companies challenging Maryland’s first-in-the-nation digital advertising tax.
