Professor Shanske takes part in ABA Tax Section's virtual Fall Tax Meeting

Professor Darien Shanske served as a panelist for the American Bar Association Tax Section’s virtual 2020 Fall Tax Meeting. Shanske spoke on a panel titled “Beyond CARES: Tax and economic policy responses to the ongoing COVID pandemic.”

Darien Shanske is a professor of law at UC Davis. His academic interests include taxation, particularly state and local taxation, local government law, public finance, and political theory, particularly jurisprudence.
