Professor Shanske Speaks on Taxing Digital Goods at California Tax Bar Annual Meeting

Professor Darien Shanske spoke at the 2014 Annual Meeting of the California Tax Bar & The California Tax Policy Conference held in Coronado November 6-8.  Professor Shanske was a panelist in a discussion of taxing digital goods and services entitled  "The Highlights and Hazards of Expanding the Sales Tax Base."

Darien Shanske is a Professor of Law at UC Davis. His academic interests include taxation, particularly state and local taxation, local government law, public finance, and political theory, particularly jurisprudence.
