Professor Shanske Presents at Duke Law

Professor Darien Shanske presented on “Equitable Apportionment and the State Corporate Income Tax: Past, Present and Possible Future” at Duke Law on March 22 as part of its Tax Policy Workshop Series.  

Darien Shanske is a Professor of Law at UC Davis. His academic interests include taxation, particularly state and local taxation, local government law, public finance, and political theory, particularly jurisprudence.
