Professor Darien Shanske ranks No. 6 of all time among tax law professors in number of SSRN downloads, Pepperdine Caruso School of Law Dean Paul L. Caron reported in a Jan. 26 post on the TaxProf blog. Shanske’s work has been downloaded 113,421 times.

Darien Shanske is a professor of law at UC Davis. His academic interests include taxation, particularly state and local taxation, local government law, public finance, and political theory, particularly jurisprudence.
