Professor Sarkar presents in Boston College event

Professor Shayak Sarkar presented his draft article “Need-Based Employment” in a March 19 Boston College virtual event. Boston College Law School Professors Tinu Adediran and Natalya Shnitser served as commentators.

Shayak Sarkar's scholarship addresses the structure and legal regulation of inequality. His substantive interests lie in financial regulation, employment law, immigration, and taxation.
