Professor Pruitt Presents Paper at William & Mary, Speaks at McGeorge
Professor Lisa R. Pruitt presented her paper "CEDAW as a Template for Rural Development" at the College of William & Mary in Virginia as part of a February 27 symposium called "A Man's World?: Challenges and Solutions as Women Take Center Stage in the Global Theater."
In addition, Professor Pruitt was the featured speaker at University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law's Women's Caucus on February 23, presenting a lecture entitled "Third-Wave Feminists Go to Law School."
Professor Lisa R. Pruitt teaches feminist legal theory, law and rural livelihoods, sociology of the legal profession, and torts at the UC Davis School of Law.
