Professor Patel takes part in virtual antitrust workshop hosted by Yale
On June 1 and 2, Professor Menesh Patel participated in a virtual antitrust workshop hosted by Yale University’s Thurman Arnold Project. The workshop brought together 12 junior scholars to discuss current trends in antitrust scholarship and legislation and to develop the contours of a syllabus that, when complete, will serve as the foundation for antitrust classes at law schools throughout the nation.
Professor Menesh Patel joined the UC Davis faculty in 2018. His primary research interests include antitrust, corporate law, securities regulation, and capital markets. Prior to UC Davis, he was a fellow at Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School and practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP.
