Professor Patel speaks at UC Hastings about merger breakups

Professor Menesh Patel spoke on Monday, March 9, at UC Hastings as part of its Workshop in Law, Business & Economics spring 2020 speaker series. Patel addressed “Merger Breakups.”

Professor Menesh Patel joined the UC Davis faculty in 2018. His primary research interests include antitrust, corporate law, securities regulation, and capital markets. Prior to UC Davis, he was a fellow at Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School and practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP.
