Professor Patel Presents at Southern California Law Review Symposium

On March 31, Professor Menesh Patel presented his paper “Crypto Fraud and the Propriety of Securities Class Actions” at symposium hosted by Southern California Law Review. The symposium, “Digital Transformation in Business and Law,” brought together a cross-section of subject matter experts to present and discuss papers pertaining to the digital transformation of business and its implications on law and legal reform.

UC Davis Law students Katherine Gan and Ada Wu provided research assistance in connection with Patel’s paper.

Professor Menesh Patel joined the UC Davis faculty in 2018. His primary research interests include antitrust, corporate law, securities regulation, and capital markets. Prior to UC Davis, he was a fellow at Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School and practiced law at Sidley Austin LLP.
