Professor Miazad Talks to N.Y. Times, Bloomberg about Companies Collaborating on ESG

Professor Amelia Miazad spoke to the New York Times and Bloomberg Law about companies collaborating on ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues.

The Times quoted Miazad in a Nov. 7 story about challenges fashion companies face in adhering to antitrust regulations while negotiating collective sustainability targets.

Miazad told Bloomberg on Nov. 8 that because climate change risks are not confined to specific companies, some ESG efforts likely will require cooperation. The story addressed Republican assertions that collaborative ESG efforts could violate antitrust laws.
