Professor McCormack Presents Paper for Law and Society Association

Professor Shannon Weeks McCormack presented her recent article "Not All Good Deeds Can Be Rewarded: Using Economic Analysis to Define the Rational Limits of the Charitable Deduction" at the Annual Meeting of the Law and Society Association in Chicago on May 27.  The paper is forthcoming in the Arizona Law Review.

Shannon Weeks McCormack is a professor at UC Davis School of Law whose legal and scholarship interests are generally in the areas of tax shelters, tax policy and the U.S. taxation of international transactions.
