Professor Lin Presents Article at Northwestern Law Judicial Symposium
Professor Al Lin spoke on public nuisance law at a recent judicial symposium on "Expansion of Liability under Public Nuisance," sponsored by Northwestern Law School. Professor Lin presented his recent article, "Deciphering the Chemical Soup: Using Public Nuisance to Compel Chemical Testing," which was published this year in the Notre Dame Law Review, in a panel on "Traditional and Creative Uses of Public Nuisance Litigation." He also delivered a formal response to the symposium keynote speaker, Professor Donald Gifford of University of Maryland School of Law.
Al Lin is a professor in the UC Davis School of Law with special interests in environmental law, natural resources law, and evidence.
