Professor Lin Contributes Paper to Climate Change Symposium

Professor Albert C. Lin contributed his paper on "Geoengineering Governance" to a Berkeley Electronic Press symposium on climate change and the public decision-making process.  The article examines largely unexplored issues related to the governance of geoengineering proposals such as the possible release of sulfur into the stratosphere to block sunlight and mitigate climate change.

Albert Lin is a professor at the UC Davis School of Law with special interests in environmental law, natural resources law, and evidence.
