Professor Lin Comments on Judge Garland for National Law Journal

Professor Albert Lin ,who clerked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Judge Merrick Garland during 1997-1998, commented for the National Law Journal on Judge Garland's nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Professor Lin is quoted in the article as stating that Judge Garland had no political "litmus test" for clerkship applicants.
