Professor Lee Speaks at Yale Law School
Professor Peter Lee was an invited speaker at a recent symposium at Yale Law School. The symposium, entitled "Innovation Law Beyond IP 2," explored various modes of law and regulation other than intellectual property law that promote innovation. Professor Lee presented a forthcoming work examining the governance challenges of correcting, updating, and rendering more intelligible huge amounts of data arising from genome sequencing initiatives.
Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
