Professor Lee Speaks on Patent Law at Intellectual Property Scholars Conference

Professor Peter Lee presented a work-in-progress entitled "Patent Law and the Two Cultures" at the Intellectual Property Scholars Conference at Cardozo School of Law in New York on August 6.  The conference brings together intellectual property scholars to present works-in-progress, discuss research ideas, and obtain substantive feedback. 

Peter Lee is an acting Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests include intellectual property, patent law, and property.  His research has examined the intersection of science and society and the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
