Professor Lee Speaks at Indiana University Patent Conference

Professor Peter Lee gave a talk at an invitation-only patent symposium at Indiana University Maurer School of Law on September 24.  The symposium, entitled "Patent Scope Revisited, Merges & Nelson's ‘On the Complex Economics of Patent Scope,' 20 Years After," focused on doctrinal and economic aspects of patent protection.  Professor Lee presented a paper called "Claim Construction as a Scope Lever."

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
