Professor Lee Speaks at Indiana University Patent Conference
Professor Peter Lee gave a talk at an invitation-only patent symposium at Indiana University Maurer School of Law on September 24. The symposium, entitled "Patent Scope Revisited, Merges & Nelson's ‘On the Complex Economics of Patent Scope,' 20 Years After," focused on doctrinal and economic aspects of patent protection. Professor Lee presented a paper called "Claim Construction as a Scope Lever."
