Professor Lee Presents Work at Junior Scholars in Intellectual Property Workshop

Professor Peter Lee was one of 10 junior faculty members from law schools around the country invited to present a work-in-progress at the Third Annual Junior Scholars in IP Workshop at Michigan State University College of Law April 2-3.  Professor Lee presented "Patent Law and the Two Cultures," which is forthcoming in the Yale Law Journal.  The piece explores the diverging methodologies of the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court in crafting patent doctrine and the implications of these methodologies for district court patent adjudication.  Dean Maureen O'Rourke of Boston University School of Law and Professor Rebecca Eisenberg of the University of Michigan School of Law were selected to comment on Professor Lee's piece.

Peter Lee is an acting Professor of Law at King Hall whose special interests include intellectual property, patent law, and property.  His research has examined the intersection of science and society as well as the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
