Professor Lee Presents Paper at the National University of Singapore

Professor Peter Lee recently gave a seminar at the National University of Singapore to the Faculty of Law. Professor Lee presented a paper entitled “Innovation and the Firm: A New Synthesis.” The paper explores the persistence of vertical integration in several high-tech contexts, including pharmaceuticals, agricultural biotechnology, information technology, and university-industry technology transfer. The talk was hosted by the Faculty of Law’s EW Barker Centre for Law and Business.
