Professor Lee presents paper at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid

Professor Peter Lee recently presented a work in progress titled “Innovation Consolidation” at the Faculty of Law of Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid. The paper examines the increasingly consolidated structure of patent-intensive industries such as biopharmaceuticals, agricultural biotechnology, and software. It explores the reasons behind such consolidation, and potential reforms to intellectual property and antitrust law to address it.
