Professor Lee Presents Paper at Cardozo School of Law

Professor Peter Lee recently presented a paper at the Intellectual Property + Information Law Colloquium at Cardozo School of Law. Professor Lee presented a work-in-progress entitled "The Supreme Assimilation of Patent Law." The paper examines the Supreme Court's efforts to eliminate patent law "exceptionalism" and assimilate patent law to general legal norms. The article will appear in the Michigan Law Review later this year.

Professor Lee's scholarly work addresses the intersection of science and society, particularly exploring the patent system's impact on scientific and technological progress.
