Professor Lee appears in Danish documentary about Chan Zuckerberg Biohub

Professor Peter Lee recently appeared in a Danish-language documentary produced by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation about the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, a biomedical research initiative spearheaded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

Lee discussed a research project funded by the Biohub that involved researchers from Stanford University and Denmark’s leading health research institution, Statens Serum Institute. The researchers utilized blood samples from Danish women and have attempted to commercialize their findings without the knowledge and consent of the Danish research participants. The documentary recently aired on national television in Denmark.
