Professor Larson Speaks on Judge Michael Daly Hawkins at ASU Law

Professor Carlton Larson spoke at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law on February 18, participating in an Arizona State Law Journal symposium entitled "The Hard Case and the Good Judge: A Tribute to Michael Daly Hawkins."  Professor Larson, who was a clerk to U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Judge Michael Daly Hawkins in 2000-2001, presented his paper "Judge Michael Daly Hawkins, the Jury System, and American Democracy."

Carlton Larson's research interests focus on constitutional law and legal history, with a strong emphasis on the 18th century.
