Professor Joslin writes on behalf of Rhode Island Parentage Act bill

Professor Courtney Joslin submitted a letter in support of legislation pending in Rhode Island. The bill is based on the Uniform Parentage Act (2017).

Joslin served as the Reporter for the UPA (2017). Since it was promulgated in 2017, the UPA (2017) has been enacted in three states —California, Vermont and Washington.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
