Professor Joslin takes part in 'Law of Nonmarriage' panel at Yale Law School

On March 2, Professor Courtney Joslin participated in the panel discussion “Obergefell and the Law of Nonmarriage” at Yale Law School. The Yale Law Journal hosted the panel, where Joslin was joined by Professor Michael J. Higdon (University of Tennessee) and Professor Kaiponanea Matsumura (Arizona State).
