Professor Joslin Speaks at National LGBT Bar Conference

Professor Courtney Joslin spoke at the 2011 National LGBT Bar Association Annual Conference held September 7-10 in Washington, D.C.   She presented a work-in-progress entitled "Conceptions of Parentage" at the Junior Scholars Forum and moderated a panel on Family Formation and Portability Issues.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
