Professor Joslin Speaks on LGBT Parenting for UCLA School of Law Webinar

Professor Courtney Joslin served as a panelist for a webinar discussion hosted by UCLA School of Law’s Williams Institute. The subject of the webinar was the 40th anniversary of the publication of Nancy Polikoff and Nan D. Hunter’s landmark article “Custody Rights of Lesbian Mothers: Legal Theory and Litigation Strategy.”
