Professor Joslin Speaks on Interstate Recognition of Parenting at Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys Conference
On November 4, Professor Courtney Joslin spoke at the Mid-Year Conference of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA) in San Francisco on "Exploring the New Frontier of Assisted Reproduction Law." Together with Professor Joan Hollinger of UC Berkeley School of Law and Professor Julie Shapiro of Seattle University School of Law, Professor Joslin participated in a panel addressing "Interstate Recognition of Parentage and Conflicts of Law."
