Professor Joslin Speaks at Brooklyn Law School Conference
On June 21, Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article “Nonmarriage: The Double Bind” at the annual Family Law Scholars and Teachers Conference, presented virtually by Brooklyn Law School. Joslin’s article is forthcoming in the George Washington Law Review.
During the conference, Joslin also moderated a session with papers presented by Emily Stolzenberg (Villanova), Yiran Zhang (Harvard) and Meredith Johnson Harbach (Richmond).
Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
