Professor Joslin Speaks at ABA IRR Conference
Professor Courtney Joslin moderated a panel called "Beyond Mean Girls: What Parents, Students, and the Legal Profession Can Do About School Bullying and Harassment" at the American Bar Association Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities (IRR) Fall 2010 Conference in Memphis, Tennessee on October 23. The conference, entitled "More to Overcome: Civil Rights in the 21st Century," was jointly coordinated by the Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities, the ABA Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, and the ABA Council on Racial and Ethnic Justice.
Professor Joslin also chaired the fall business meeting of the ABA Commission for Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.
Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on save-sex and non-marital couples.
