Professor Joslin presents on two panels at ABA Section of Family Law conference

Professor Courtney Joslin presented on two panels at the ABA Section of Family Law spring conference in Nashville on May 11.

Joslin discussed the Uniform Parentage Act (2017), for which she served as the reporter, on both panels. One panel provided an overview of the 2017 revisions to the act. The other addressed the act in relation to assisted reproduction technology (ART) law.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
