Professor Joslin Presents Revised Uniform Parentage Act at Uniform Law Commission Meeting

On July 12, Professor Courtney Joslin and the Uniform Law Commission Parentage Act Committee presented the Uniform Parentage Act of 2017 to the Uniform Law Commission at its annual meeting.  The committee has been working to recommend revisions to the Uniform Parentage Act in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Obergefell v. Hodges. Professor Joslin serves as Reporter for the project.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
