Professor Joslin presents at National Child Support Attorney College

On Sept. 24, Professor Courtney Joslin presented on the panel “Modern Parentage: The New Uniform Parentage Act and Trends in Parentage Laws” at the 2019 National Child Support Attorney College in San Diego.

Joslin presented with Diane Potts, director of the Child Support Practice at Center for the Support of Families.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples. She served as the Reporter for the Uniform Parentage Act (2017).
