Professor Joslin Presents on ‘Marital Status Nondiscrimination'
Professor Courtney Joslin presented her work in progress, "Marital Status Nondiscrimination and its Relationship to Marriage" twice during the past week. On June 22, she presented the paper at the Family Law Scholars and Teachers Conference in Orlando, Florida. Two days later, she presented it at the Association of American Law Schools Midyear Meeting on "Shifting Foundations in Family Law: Family Law's Response to Changing Families."
Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
