Professor Joslin presents at International Surrogacy Forum

Professor Courtney Joslin presented at the International Surrogacy Forum on June 27 in  Cambridge, England.

The forum drew scholars and lawyers from all over the world, representing countries that take a range of positions with regard to surrogacy. Joslin’s remarks provided an overview of the approach to surrogacy in the United States, and will form the basis of an article of the evolution of surrogacy law in U.S.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
