Professor Joslin presents at Harvard Law School

Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article “Surrogacy and the Politics of Pregnancy” on Nov. 19 at the fall 2019 Harvard Law & Policy Review symposium. Professor Sam Bagenstos (Michigan Law) and Lauren Kuhlik (Equal Justice Works) also presented.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
