Professor Joslin presents at Harvard Law Lambda LGBTQ+ Health Care Rights conference

On Nov. 2, Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article “Nurturing Parenthood” (Yale Law Journal Forum) at Harvard Law School on a panel addressing challenges to LGBTQ+ Family Making. The panel was part of HLS Lambda’s LGBTQ+ Health Care Rights conference.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
