On March 1, Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article “Autonomy in the Family” (forthcoming, UCLA Law Review) as part of the Roundtable on Nonmarriage and the Law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law – Arizona State University.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
