Professor Joslin presents forthcoming article as part of Lavender Law panel
Professor Courtney Joslin presented her forthcoming California Law Review Article “(Not) Just Surrogacy” at the annual Lavender Law Conference & Career Fair, held virtually Aug. 12-14.
Joslin was part of the panel “Family Rights for LGBTQIA+ Folks: U.S. Surrogacy and Parentage Laws.”
Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
