Professor Joslin presents at Family Law Scholars and Teachers Conference in N.Y.

Professor Courtney Joslin presented her paper, “Sharing Between Marriage,” at the Family Law Scholars and Teachers Conference at Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law in New York City last week. Joslin’s paper addressed property distribution rules that apply to unmarried couples upon dissolution of their relationships.

Joslin also commented on a paper by University of Virginia School of Law Professor Gregg Strauss.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
