Professor Joslin Moderates ABA Webinar on Transgender Family Law Issues

On December 13, Professor Courtney Joslin moderated an American Bar Association webinar on "Transgender People and Family Law: Current Legal Challenges and Best Practices."  The panel included attorneys Spencer Bergstedt of North Sound Law, Jennifer Levi of Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders, Shannon Minter of the National Center for Lesbian Rights, and Deborah Wald of Wald & Thorndall.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
